Perjury allegations swirl around Alex Jones side-kick Jason Goodman, the prince of counter lawfare
Updated: Nov 9, 2020

OPINION AND EDITORIAL
Jason Goodman, a so-called expert at "concocting outlandish conspiracy theories", appears to be digging in his heels at the very thought of lawsuit related "perjury allegations".
The "P word" appears to have surfaced in defamation, slander and civil rights litigation against Goodman in the Southern District of New York (S.D.N.Y.). Ironically, Goodman has often spoken of "perjury traps" on his conspiracy podcast show "CrowdSource The Truth".
A perjury trap is a form of prosecutorial strategy, which is sometimes claimed to be prosecutorial misconduct in which a prosecutor calls a witness to testify, typically before a grand jury, with the intent of coercing the witness into perjury (intentional deceit under oath). Courts on state and federal levels almost never recognize such as inappropriate, as doing so would in essence, condone perjury.

JASON GOODMAN AND ALEX JONES
Goodman is now teaming up with Alex Jones to push his "COUNTER LAWFARE" narrative. Meanwhile, the downstream "perjury allegations" have raised the specter of "Dr." Jerome Corsi's alleged lying to the U.S. Congress.
Right wing conspiracy theorist Jerome Corsi says he was offered a plea deal on one count of perjury — but he would “rather sit in prison and rot” than say he lied to special counsel Robert Mueller, NBC News reports.
