Jason Goodman needs a lawyer as EMMY Awards sue CrowdSource The Truth; new Judge Valerie E. Caproni

OPINION AND EDITORIAL
The legal Russian roulette game that Jason Goodman seems to play with the Southern District of New York may have finally caught up with him.
Now the institution behind the EMMY Awards has brought a lawsuit for unspecified damages against Goodman's spooky company known as "Multimedia Systems Design, Inc." (MSDI).
This means Goodman must now hire an attorney to defend his corporate entity as he can not play lawyer as a pro se defendant. Apparently, the latest frap is over using the EMMY statue for a COVID-19 awards show with a Goodman side kick.
Jason Goodman, operator of "CrowdSource The Truth" (a conspiracy brand) may not be ready to "cough up" such legal expenses to an attorney (corporations can not be represented by a pro se individual).
No one has ever accused Jason Goodman of being able to present a coherent legal pleading in the SDNY.
In fact, most of his legal documents have been thrown out time and time again by the Honorable Valerie E. Caproni, presiding judge over his slander, libel and defamation lawsuit.

Many Internet observers have pointed out that legal fees for such an SDNY action could easily reach $50 - $100,000 (USD).
This latest legal fracas is over Goodman's apparent illegal copyright and trademark infringement of the EMMY Award (a winged angel holding a atom).
Apparently, there are also legal issues concerning the alleged video "smear campaign" Goodman is accused of launching against the President (Adam Sharp) of the institution that created the EMMY Awards.
In an eerie turn of events, paragraph seven (7) of the complaint filed Friday, 09/04/2020 contains three addresses for Jason Goodman. His home and "headquarters" of MSDI at 252 7th Avenue, Apartment 6S, New York, N.Y. 10001. Then there are two strange addresses: 505 8th Avenue, N.Y., N.Y. 10018, and 208 East 51st, Suite 200, N.Y., N.Y. 10022. Some speculate that corporate offices for the Russian news service may occupy offices in such buildings, but this is a rumor.
As usual the New York Attorney General has been advised.
