Another SDNY trick for Jason Goodman lawfare treats while racketeering case swirls

OPINION AND EDITORIAL
The judges at the Southern District of New York (S.D.N.Y.) are back at it, bumping up more legal obligations for "counter-lawfare prince" Jason Goodman.
Now Jason Goodman has been ordered to produce a written response to a motion to dismiss on 10/29/2020, the day before a judicial conference set by the Hon. Valerie E. Caproni, federal judge and former General Counsel of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.).

For Goodman, who entertained his "CrowdSource The Truth" podcast audiences with at least thirty (30) shows featuring F.B.I. paid informant Oakey Marshall Richards aka "Rock Hudson", this newest judicial orders represents another "counter lawfare" attack.
The judge was reminded by the Plaintiff in Goodman's consumer deception, invasion of privacy and defamation lawsuit in the S.D.N.Y. that Goodman was two weeks late in answering a motion. Now prince Jason will receive an addition three (3) weeks to answer his obligations. Hence the slang term "biased F.B.I. court".

Internet observers will recall that Jason must find an attorney to represent his corporation "Multimedia Systems Design, Inc. (M.S.D.I.). before Judge "F.B.I." Caproni on October 30, 2020 (to be broadcast via social media) at high noon.
M.S.D.I. is a previously alleged racketeering enterprise.

But some are beginning to wonder if Magistrate Judge Stewart Aaron (author of the 10/29/2020 mandate) may have only given Jason a rock in his trick or treat bag.

Magistrate Stewart D. Aaron, gives Jason Goodman an extra month to reply. Judge Aaron usually doubles or triples time deadlines for Goodman (21 days to respond becomes 60 days to respond)

Meanwhile, for those gullible individuals expecting any justice from the S.D.N.Y., they must sit in the legal pumpkin patch waiting for "The Great Pumpkin of Justice" to arrive.
